A Souvenir containing the two page extended abstracts of the accepted papers will be brought out on the inaugural day of the conference. A directory of wind tunnel facilities in the country is also planned to be released. Advertisement from aerospace industries and private enterprises relevant to wind tunnel application and academic institutions are solicited. Tariff for the advertisement in the souvenir are as follows:

Advertisement space in the Souvenir may be booked. The advertisement material in softcopy, along with payment should be received on or before 15th February 2017 All photographs and images should be in tiff/jpeg format, with minimum of 300 dpi resolution. A hardcopy in original color should also accompany the softcopy.

Exhibiton

Space for exhibition stalls (3m x 3m enclosures each) for aerospace related industries will be provided near the conference hall for two days (16-17 March 2017). Those interested in product display/demonstrations are requested to contact the convener. The tariff per stall is ₹.35,000.
